About Willowmere
A Table Where Families Can Speak Freely
Willowmere began with a simple observation: many families in Chiang Mai wanted a calmer place to talk through difficult subjects, but struggled to find someone steady and neutral to help hold that space. What started as informal support among neighbors grew into a dedicated practice built around gentle listening and practical coordination.
Our mission stays narrow and clear. We do not counsel, diagnose, or direct family decisions. Instead, we offer structure — a facilitated conversation, a shared planning tool, a steady presence during a season of change — so that families can find their own way forward with less friction and more understanding.
We work with households from many backgrounds, honoring the pace and privacy each family needs. Every session is shaped around respect: for differing views, for cultural context, and for the fact that only the family itself can decide what is right for them.

How We Work
Quality Standards We Hold Ourselves To
Confidentiality First
Conversations shared with our facilitators stay private, handled with careful discretion at every stage.
Trained Facilitation
Our facilitators complete ongoing training in communication practice and neutral session guidance.
Neutrality Standard
We hold a strict boundary around neutrality, never steering families toward a particular outcome.
Consistent Process
Every session follows a considered structure, reviewed regularly to keep quality steady across the team.
Local Understanding, Careful Practice
Willowmere serves households across Chiang Mai with an approach grounded in patience and cultural awareness. Our team spends time understanding each family's rhythm before any session begins, so that facilitation feels familiar rather than clinical. Coordination tools are shaped to fit real daily life — shared calendars, simple responsibility charts, and check-in routines that families can sustain long after a workshop ends. We stay mindful of the trust families place in us and treat every interaction, however small, as part of a larger relationship built over time.
