1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Service" refers to the facilitation, workshop, and coordination offerings provided by Willowmere. "User," "you," or "your" refers to the person or family engaging with our Service. "We," "us," or "our" refers to Willowmere. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, attending a workshop, or otherwise engaging our Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Our Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older who have the legal capacity to make arrangements on behalf of themselves or their family.

3. Service Description

Willowmere provides general education, communication facilitation, and coordination support for families, including Gentle Talk Facilitation, the Shared Planning Toolkit Workshop, and Season of Change Coordination. Our Service is offered from Chiang Mai, Thailand, and is intended for families located within or accessible from this region. Our Service does not include legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice of any kind.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when booking
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Understand that all decisions discussed during sessions remain entirely your family's own
• Refrain from recording sessions without prior agreement from all participants

5. Intellectual Property

Materials provided during our workshops, including planning templates, remain the intellectual property of Willowmere but are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial family use following your session or workshop. You may not redistribute or resell these materials.

6. Payment Terms

Current pricing for our services is as follows, listed in Thai Baht:

• Gentle Talk Facilitation: ฿4,000 per session
• Shared Planning Toolkit Workshop: ฿13,700 per workshop
• Season of Change Coordination: ฿33,000 per staged package

Payment is arranged directly with our coordination team upon booking. If a session must be cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a partial fee may apply to cover facilitator time already reserved.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Session scope is limited to the communication and coordination format described at booking. Facilitators do not provide advice, direction, or recommendations regarding family decisions. Any changes to session scope, duration, or format must be agreed upon by both parties in advance.

8. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any session, workshop, or coordination package. Willowmere is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or mental health professional advice, and we encourage families to seek such professional support separately where needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Willowmere's liability for any claim arising from your use of our Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any time. If you choose to end a Season of Change Coordination package before its staged completion, remaining sessions will be discussed and arranged proportionally.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Willowmere regarding our Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise this Agreement periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
